What information we collect
You may be asked to provide personal information anytime you interact with us or one of our affiliates, such as when you use one of our mobile apps. The types of information we collect depends on how you use our services. The following types of information are collected by or on behalf of MultiPark Valet:
- User feedback, such as ratings, feedback, and or compliments
- Contact details and other identifiers, such as your name, address, telephone number, and email address, and, if applicable, company name, vehicle information, email and professional information;
- Account details, including your account username and password;
- Payment and commercial information, including your credit card account number, payment card information, billing address, and records of your purchases;
- Vehicle information, including your license plate number and issuing jurisdiction;
- Information related to your parking transactions, such as the parking facilities where you have parked, date and time of arrival and departure, and services purchased;
- Demographic data, such as your age, gender, country, preferred language, and inferences that we may draw from other personal information we collect; and
- Users correspondence and communications with us, such as audio information and electronic information when you call us or use our interactive voice response system.
We also may collect certain information automatically when you use our Services, including:
- Internet or other electronic network activity information, such as information about your interactions with our Services. This includes information about the content you view, the time you spend viewing the content, and the features you access on the Services that we collect using cookies, pixels, and other technologies;
- Identifiers, such as your Internet Protocol (IP) address, device identifiers (including the manufacturer and model), and Media Access Control (MAC) address;
- Geolocation data; and Standard server log data, such as your application version number, computer type (Windows or Macintosh), screen resolution, operating system, browser type and version, and the date and time of your visit.
- Location Sharing: We give drivers and vendors the option to give permission to share location. Sharing your device’s location services make it less challenging to locate and book a parking reservation with our partnered vendors listed on the platform. Location data is critical to help you navigate to the vendor of choice. You have the options to allow permission to share your location with the following:
- Always: We may collect location information from the time you open the app until your reservation have ended or is canceled. This includes when your app is in the background.
- While using the app: We may collect location information when the app is visible on screen. If a feature needs your location in the background, we’ll ask for your permission. You’ll get a notice on screen if location is ever being collected in the background when you are in the “While Using” setting.
- Never: This option disables location services for the app and prevents you from booking a reservation on our platform. Location services must be turned on in order to successfully use our platform.
We may also aggregate or de-identify the information described above. Aggregated or de-identified data is not subject to this policy.
